Cody Yuki-Kemnitz is a 2028 C/RHP, 1B, 3B, OF, UT with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Redmond, WA who attends Redmond. Features a medium-sized frame with a lean build that has plenty of room/time to add size and strength. Ran a 8.34 60-yd dash. Behind the plate, gets into a slight saddle position before reception. Showed a longer exchange and arm action for a catcher. Showed avg. arm strength for his level with uphill accurate throwdowns that sank to the bag. Avg. quickness out the crouch but sets good direction. At the plate, he sets up in a taller stance with loose active hands. Uses a smaller forward move that is rushed at times as the hands take back slightly loading the barrel into a flatter launch. His hands throw a direct barrel with a level finish that exhibited avg. bat/hand speed for his level. Showed some out front intent where the barrel cut across at times. Impacted a couple solid pullside LDs during his round. On the mound, he side steps into a mid-chest knee tuck. Smaller driveleg sit/engagement for a more tall/fall type delivery. Lands slightly closed and tall at finish. Used a medium arm path out the glove that worked up to a ¾ slot with avg. arm speed for his level. He ran his fastball up to 66 with it exhibiting some natural run and sink that proved hard to barrel. Mixed in a developing breaking ball in the low 60s as well.
