Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.61 seconds. Catcher using a nice square stance, sitting in deep with game like actions. Direct foot work where he could gain a bit more ground but his direction is true. Emerging glove work with a midline transfer at the chest, leading to an appropriately short arm action. Throws to the bag up to 72 mph with a pop time best 2.38 seconds. RHH starting from a wider stance with a turned in front side pre-pitch and good handset carrying the barrel flat over the shoulder with a bit of wrap. Rotational operation, getting the bat head out front with strong hands and well above average barrel speed. Took a few swings to get synched up and started launching balls loudly to the pull side in the air towards the end of the round. Interesting offensive catchers skillset to follow here. Good student as well.
