Drew Kramer is a 2028 3B/RHP/OF with a 5-9 185 lb. frame from Longmeadow, MA who attends Longmeadow. Strong and physical young build. Right handed hitter, sets up in straight stance with a low and deep hand load, short lower half shift, uphill swing plane, flashed some lift to the pull side, but it is a singular approach at present. 5.47 runner in the forty. Primary third baseman on defense, has step by step actions to the ball, still developing his glove positioning, extra steps into his throws. Also worked out in the outfield and was more athletic and fluid there, has good energy coming through the ball and fields the ball cleanly out front, carries his momentum into his throws, arm worked well in the outfield, graded out as an outfielder. Took at turn on the mound, has a high and coiled leg raise with a compact high 3/4's arm action. Fastball was in the mid-70's with some cutting action. Showed nice feel for a mid-60's change up with fade and tumble, also threw a 11/5 curveball with some bite, commanded his secondary pitches better than his fastball. Good student.
