Davis Morrison is a 2027 1B/RHP/OF with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Pace Academy. Big and physical build with plenty of present strength. Right handed hitter, sets up in a straight stance with a rhythmic pre-pitch load, loose hands and swing, times his leg raise well, present bat speed with loud impact, lots of moving parts and timers but works well for him, hitting tools to continue to develop. 7.62 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, fields the ball cleanly and has a quick pivot on his throws, can get his glove down sooner fielding. Also worked out in the outfield, moved well for his size and showed solid fundamental footwork and actions, carried his momentum well into his throws, some left field potential if his bat continues to come. Took a quick turn on the mound and touched 84 mph on his fastball. Very good student.
