Briar Persing is a 2027 RHP/1B/IF/OF with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Montgomery, PA who attends Montgomery HS. Recorded a 7.81 second 60-yard dash time. Big physical arm with strength well-proportioned throughout. Primary right-handed pitcher with a high leg kick and stays balanced throughout. Online landing with a high three-quarters arm slot. Fastball has short arm side run and topped out at 80 mph. Good drive off the rear leg and the slider showed tight shape with late biting tilt. Can land slider for strikes and showed good feel for it overall. Right-handed hitter with a wide base and small toe lift for timing and weight transfer. Downhill swing and swings with plenty of intent. Rotates hard with the top half and flashed some big power potential.
