Kaleth Fradera is a 2029 OF/RHP with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Barceloneta, PR who attends Central Pointe Christian. Good frame with long limbs and wiry strength with more room to make gains in the near future. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.69 seconds. Primary position OF, using choppy footwork to get into angles and control body through the play. Moves with good first step quickness as he works the glove out front and gets into clean midline transfer. Accelerates through a high 3/4 arm angle and showed feeds back to the infield up to 84 mph with accuracy to the bags. Reps on the IF, moving really well here and showing feel for angles on the clay. Works the leather clean here and uses a longer transfer on feeds here and displayed ability to adjust angles as well. Secondary RHP, working from the stretch only and using a belt high leg lift to load. Works through a high 3/4 arm angle here as well. Timing was a concern here costing consistency at release but the arm talent bodes well for the future. FB up to 81 mph with some carry and used a curve and changeup as off speed. Curve with 12-to-6 shape in the low-60s and fading CH in the upper-60s. RHH working from a well-balanced start high handset and high back elbow creating some length in the front arm on the trigger. Gets a bit rotational but showed natural ability to lift and has the strength to justify. Best when focused on the oppo gap and staying through the ball to impact. Outstanding student who shows a well-rounded skillset.
