- No Metal Spikes and No Molded cleats - ONLY Turf Shoes and Sneakers

- No ground balls or infield -outfield practice.

- No hitting into the fences 

- Batting Cages - Only Turf Shoes and Sneakers

Coaches, please ensure these rules are adhered to - any violation, your game will be subject to forfeit

- No Alcoholic beverages anywhere - including the parking lots.
