All NCTB games have an 1 hour and 50 minute time limit.

All NCTB 15U+ Events are Wood Bat only
All NCTB 14U Events are BBCOR only
In 13 Major and 13 Open divisions only -5 or heavier bats will be allowed.
12 and Under divisions no -5 USSSA bats of any kind will be allowed.
13 and Under and below NCTB events will use innings/outs pitching limits not pitch count.
14 and Under and above NCTB events will use innings/pitch count limits.
NCTB will use the runs allowed tie breaker for seeding
