Heat Advisory Policy-
If there is a heat advisory in effect, Tournament Director reserves the right to implement the following policies/guidelines
- Maximum runs allowed per inning
- Shorten game times
- Substitute umpires to give them breaks
- Water breaks between/during innings
- 5 minute breaks between/during innings

If a Coach requests a break and is granted by umpires and/or director, time will be put back on the clock.
If Staff (directors/umpires) call for a break it will be up to tournament director ONLY to grant extra time. 
Please be patient with our staff during a heat advisory.
