Rose impressed early over the weekend posting a burning 6.75 second sixty-yard dash. Zion employs a smooth compact swing with strong hands at contact and high end bat speed. He displayed polished mechanics at the plate as well. During infield workouts Rose showed smooth glove actions with good footwork and good range to both sides of the field. He also displayed good arm strength topping out at 78 miles per hour across the infield and 76 miles per hour from behind the plate while popping a 1.98.

The long lengthy lefty enjoyed a great weekend at the 14u Heartland Showcase. Harris showed the ability to create bat speed and power in a gap to gap approach at the plate. On the mound Harris featured a two pitch mix throwing both for strikes with a fastball up to 77 miles per hour and a 1/7 curveball that created a ton of swing and miss at 66 miles per hour.

Charney was able to show off his arm strength in many different areas last weekend, behind the dish Charney topped out at 76 miles per hour to go along with his 83 miles per hour from the outfield and 81 miles per hour across the infield. At the plate Charney features a low handset with the ability to drive the ball into the outfield to the pull side.
