Uncommitted

Wright is a very quick twitch athlete both in his lower half and in his hands. He ran a 6.52 sixty with an easy and effortless running stride and generated lots of right handed bat speed with his hands driven swing. He looks like a high level centerfield/leadoff type at the next level.

Brayden Eftink  C - 2020 - Cape Girardeau, MO
Jefferson College

Eftink stood out as the most advanced catcher at the showcase, with polished tools defensively and a strong left handed bat that really stood out in the games. He's a 6.99 runner, which is notable for a catcher, and was even up to 88 mph on the mound.

Jaidan Quinn  1B - 2020 - Olathe, KS
Wabash Valley College

Quinn in a big left handed hitter with some power potential but he is presently a much better prospect on the mound. He was up to 88 mph with big downhill angle on his fastball but most impressively he had the best curveball we saw all weekend, a nasty power breaking ball between 74 and 77 mph.

Kansas

McMurray, a Kansas commit, is a very strong 6-3/220 left handed hitter with a mature and controlled approach at the plate. His game swing is set up drive the gaps, especially the left centerfield gap, but there is big pull and lift power there in the future.

Cody Dreis  3B - 2020 - Seattle, WA

The 6-2/195 Dreis came out to the Midwest from Washington and it proved worth the trip, as he showed solid two-way tools that will definitely play at the next level. Missouri

Bryan has a very live right arm that produced a heavy sinking fastball up to 90 mph from a mid to low 3/4's arm slot. His mid-70's breaking ball had huge sweeping action but Bryan was able to command it surprisingly well for its size.

Jase Bauer  SS - 2021 - Ankeny, IA
Uncommitted

Drew Gray  OF - 2021 - Swansea, IL
Arkansas

Gray is a very projectable 6-2/165 left handed hitter and thrower who already does everything on the field well and with an easy athleticism. It's going to be fun to watch him play a few years down the road when he fills out to the 6-3/190 area and has some man strength. Gray is committed to Arkansas.

Wabash Valley College

San Diego

Lunceford has an athletic 6-0-180 build with some present strength and a smooth right arm that produced a fastball up to 87 mph. His mid-70's slider is a nice second pitch he threw for strikes and worked hitters with at any count. He is committed to Yale.

Nyle Banks  SS - 2021 - Lenexa, KS
Southern

Banks is only 5-9/140 but he is very athletic and quick twitch in all his actions. He looks like he'll stand out defensively in the middle of the infield and showed nice young arm strength both in drills and off the mound, where he topped out at 86 mph.

Daniel Flier  OF - 2022 - Creve Coeur, MO
Uncommitted

Flier has a very mature and repeatable delivery for a freshman and filled up the zone with a fastball up to 82 mph and a good curveball. His arm is loose and smooth and especially easy out front and it's just a matter of time until he throws harder.

2023 Top Prospects

Nazzan Zanetello  3B - 2023 - Florissant, MO
Arkansas

Zanetello is a young eighth grader but he was right at home with the older players, especially with a bat in his hands. The right handed hitter is well timed at the plate with present barrel skills and the beginnings of some real bat speed. He's a definite player to watch as he matures.
