2024 Top Prospects

Ian White Jr.  RHP - 2024 - Malvern, PA
East Carolina

White Jr. offers a tantalizing mix of present stuff and upside. The durable frame RHP worked steadily in the 88-91 mph range and topped out at 92. He mixed in an hellacious slider (3031 RPMs) for both strikes and swings-and-misses, while completing his mix with a heavy side-spin changeup that displayed heavy fade to it.

Jack Feehery  LHP - 2024 - Washington, DC

Feehary was dominant across his three innings of work, as the uncommitted left-hander ran his fastball up to 87 mph. He pounded the zone effortlessly, sequenced his three-pitch mix effectively and punched out seven along the way. His slider was the separator as he ripped off a few over 3000 RPMs, while generating tons of swings-and-misses with the pitch. He completed his mix with a replicated change up that he was able to kill spin on, using it seamlessly to generate whiffs.

Christopher Hartley II  RHP - 2024 - Cameron, WV
Potomac State

Hartley showed off impressive arm strength in his first PG event, as the immensely projectable 6-foot-5, 205-pound right-hander ran his fastball up to 89 mph across his three-innings of work. He maintained the mid-80s throughout, punched out seven along the way and has more velocity coming. He mixed in a tight, gyro slider for strikes at times and showed the ability to kill spin on his changeup.

Cuyler Baxter  SS - 2024 - Greensboro, NC
Wake Forest

Baxter, a Wake Forest commit impressed with his ability to impact the baseball with authority from both sides of the plate. The switch-hitting middle infielder made tough plays look easy in the infield, while displaying smoothness and fluidity in his actions. He recorded a 7.14 sixty and flashed power potential from both sides of the plate.

Ben Pew  LHP - 2024 - Washington, DC
Villanova

Pew is an intriguing uncommitted left-hander with immense physicality and more velocity coming. He ran his fastball up to 85 mph from a tough, lower three-quarters arm slot. He landed his slurve shaped breaker for strikes and flashed a firm cutter to righties to miss barrels. The 2024 Washington, DC native also ran a 7.01 sixty and showcased a real handle for the bat in-game.
