2023 Top Prospects

Jackson Brasseux  LHP - 2023 - Paris, TX

Brasseux was the star of the event and looked incredible two-ways, showing huge lefthanded hitting tools with an OF arm up to 96 mph, then got on the mound and worked up to 94 mph from the left side with excellent secondary stuff. He looked incredible all weekend.

Bell showed a clean, quick stroke at the plate with the ability to hit the ball hard to all fields as well as big power to the pullside while also possessing advanced infield actions with a strong arm across.

Brayden Buchanan  C - 2023 - Austin, TX

Buchanan has legitimate offensive tools with bat speed, strength and barrel accuracy combining to give him big time upside to go along with his strong arm and solid athleticism behind the plate.

Tyler Comeaux  RHP - 2023 - Manvel, TX

Comeaux really stood out on the mound with an XL frame and good projection, working up to 87 mph on the mound and showing a full 3-pitch mix with strikes and a clean operation.

Lincecum has huge two-way upside and showed it here, showing some of the best righthanded pop of the event when he was swinging and then working up to 88 mph with a good breaker on the mound.

Ethan Farris  3B - 2023 - Cypress, TX
Texas State

Farris has excellent size and showed some real traits in this one, running sub 7.00 at 6-5/210, showing off the arm strength and versatility from the OF and IF, and taking one of the louder BP rounds of the weekend overall. He stands out.

Jackson has supreme strength in his righthanded swing and he put on a show in BP, depositing several beyond the left field wall with easy, explosive jump off the bat when squared up.

Eric Tenery  LHP - 2023 - Kerrville, TX

Tenery has intriguing two-way tools, showing big time power from the left side of the plate during testing/BP and then showing off his arm strength, running a fastball up to 85 mph from the left side.

Carpenter showed well as a two-way, working up to 83 mph on the mound and showing good bat speed with whole-field strength in his swing at the plate.


2024 Top Prospects

Bronson Hickman  OF - 2024 - Chester, TX
Sam Houston State

Hickman was a standout throughout the event, showing big time present power with projection for more at the plate as well as a huge arm defensively. That arm strength plays on the mound also, where he reached 87 mph.

Andre Wood  RHP - 2024 - Leander, TX
Navy

Wood has good size and athleticism on the mound to go along with good stuff, running the fastball up to 88 mph with good life and a 3 pitch mix with strikes.

Ray Rose III  3B - 2024 - Tomball, TX

Rose has huge power from the right side of the plate and it shows up with long, majestic shots pull-side. He registered up to 97 mph in his exit velo testing and has supreme power upside.

Brayden Hodge  RHP - 2024 - Katy, TX

Hodge was impressive on the mound, working up to 85 mph with good command to the edges to go along with a very good slider that misses bats. It's a full mix with command, athleticism and projection.

Bain has very good bat to ball skills with a compact stroke that covers the plate and generates good bat speed, with the ability to drive the ball up both gaps. He has a quick release behind the plate as well.

Baker has a quick stroke from the left side with good hand speed and hip shift, doing a nice job of spraying liner contact while also showing projectable athleticism and hand actions in the middle infield.

White stood out for his offensive abilities, especially in game play, showing a direct stroke with good hands and leverage, projecting well for power as he continues to mature.

Stockton looked good on the mound and with his arm overall, working 82-84 mph with good arm side life and a solid changeup. He also threw 87 mph from the outfield.

Jackson Babcock  3B - 2024 - League City, TX

Babcock looked good offensively, which a quick stroke and direct path doing a nice job of producing well-stuck liners to all fields, and he has good defensive traits in the middle infield with quick feet as well.


2025 Top Prospects

Mason Murphy  RHP - 2025 - Missouri City, TX
Oklahoma

Murphy really jumped out in this one as a two-way guy, working up to 88 mph on the mound with arm speed, projection, and a hellacious slider at times. He also has intriguing positional versatility on defense as well as a fast lefthanded stroke that projects for huge power.

William Hill  OF - 2025 - Humble, TX
Texas

Hill looks great physically and had a good event, running a 6.70 then showing off loud offensive tools, with a quick stroke that generates leverage and strength, with plenty of power right now and a lot more on the way.

Landon Kemp  SS - 2025 - Flowery Branch, GA

Kemp has a very smooth lefthanded stroke, staying connected and riding the barrel through impact with bat speed and tons of projection. He performed well in games too, and the athleticism/arm strength defensively both stand out in a big way.

Sariga's frame really projects and his arm talent stands way out. He threw 89 mph from the OF and showed the athleticism in his movement patterns, swung it well, and ran it up to 84 mph on the mound.

Inman was impressive on the mound, commanding a FB/CB mix very well. He worked up to 81 mph with command to the edges and a big-breaking curveball with depth and sweep. The fastball has life and he's deceptive as well.

Peavy stood out for his defensive skills during the games, with multiple runners thrown out on a variety of pitches/locations. He's athletic and moves well, and has a quick stroke at the plate with good barrel skills as well.

Klosek has good physical strength and is able to show it off when swinging, with good bat speed on a clean path with the ability to backspin the ball with carry. His arm strength also stands out.
