2027 Top Prospects
Drew Maguire  OF - 2027 - Seattle, WA
Uncommitted

Maguire was the best athlete of the group and quite possible the most physical. At 6-5, 205 pounds, he ran an event best 4.53 40-yd dash. Showed fundamental movements in the OF with an avg. arm. At the plate, displayed some serious strength and bat speed within a balanced and low-effort swing.


2028 Top Prospects
Landyn Bergsieker  3B - 2028 - Puyallup, WA

Bergsieker showed strength In just about everything he did last weekend. During his INF workout showed quality glove work and ran it up to 86 across the diamond. Offensively, it was a ton of loud pull side contact where he demonstrated the strength and bat speed. On the mound, he ran it up to 85 with heater that had some riding action and mixed in a sharp breaker (~2800) he manipulated shape on.

Kye Allen  LHP - 2028 - Belleuve, WA

- Allen was one of the better athletes of the group. Ran the 4th best 40-yd dash with a 4.87. Demonstrated quality actions in the OF where it was just an average approach to the baseball but with clean glove actions and flashed some arm strength (84 mph). At the plate, it’s a developing swing but showed some strength at impact. Then on the mound, he worked into the low 80s with some in/out command but showed potential.

Luke Ayers  3B - 2028 - Auburn, WA

Ayers showed off a strong skillset. More of a corner INF profile where the hands are solid and there’s quality arm strength across (82 mph). At the plate, there was noticeable strength and bat speed from a swing that works on an uphill path where it impacted it well through the middle. Then on the mound, showed an aggressive and athletic operation where he ran the fastball up to 84 and mixed in a developing low 70s breaker.

Titan Fraser  1B - 2028 - Bothell, WA

Fraser was a solid throughout the day. Showed fundamental actions in the INF with sure hands and an accurate arm across. At the plate he put together one of the better BP rounds where he worked the middle of the field with hard LDs and FBs. A balanced swing where it’s a quick turn of the barrel with noticeable strength to the hands and lower half.

David Diamant  RHP - 2028 - Olympia, WA

Diamant was another player who stood out with both his athleticism and two-way skill. Light feet and fundamental glove skill with a loose arm in the INF (82 mph). It’s a developing swing at the plate but showed quality hand speed in delivering the barrel. On the mound, displayed a quality 3-pitch mix where his fastball was up to 83 he paired with a slurvy breaker and fading changeup.

Cael Miller  1B - 2028 - Covington, WA
Uncommitted

Miller was one of the better defenders at 1B showing good feet, glove skill and got off accurate DP feeds during his workout. He also displayed above avg. bat speed and impact at the plate. Consistent damage intent to each hack where he produced loud contact through the middle of the field.


2029 Top Prospects
Greyson Garza  SS - 2029 - Steilacoom, WA

Garza showed strong athleticism that showed in every facet of his game. Adv. defensive actions were present in both the INF and OF where everything from feet, hands and arm were good. Showed a simple operation at the plate where there were flashes of quality bat/hand speed and good lift to the swing. Then on the mound displayed a 3-pitch mix which included a T84 fastball, a slurvy breaker and a depth changeup.

Owen Schneller  RHP - 2029 - Lakewood, WA

- Scheneller was strong on defense, at the plate and on the mound. Glove actions were clean and flashed above avg. arms strength across (85 mph). Quick hands and bat speed were present at the plate within a simple stroke. On the mound, worked up to 87 with the fastball that came out easy within a repeatable operation and mixed in a sweepy mid 70s breaker.

Calvin Baker  RHP - 2029 - Seattle, WA

Baker was another two-way standout last weekend. In the OF, showed an aggressive approach to the baseball creating a ton of momentum into throws that showed above avg. strength for his level (87 mph). Simple stroke at the plate with looseness to the hands that produced some sneaky impact. Pitching wise, showed arm strength and speed running it up to 84 mph with the fastball that got whiffs and mixed in an upper 60s T70 breaker that got some buckled takes.

Ryan Hamllik  C - 2029 - Vancouver, WA

Hamllik showed skill on the mound and decent position player ability. Behind the plate showed a compact exchange, good footwork and a strong arm for his level (76 mph). At the plate, some inconsistent timing but displayed some bat speed and impacted a few the other way. Pitching wise, worked fast and used a loose arm that ran his fastball into the low 80s. Also mixed in a depthy changeup and shorter shaped slider.

Jackson Birrell  3B - 2029 - Snohomish, WA

Birell put together one of the more well rounded workouts of the day. Athletic and clean INF actions where he showed soft hands and a quality arm that showed ability to get off throws on the run. Showed strength in batting practice especially to the pull side. Also jumped on the mound and showed ability there, running his fastball into the upper 70s, T79 that had some natural run/sink with two developing secondaries.
