2028 Top Prospects
Noxx Worrell  RHP - 2028 - Castle Rock, WA
Uncommitted

Noxx was a standout performer in just about everything he did last weekend. Ran the 2nd best 60-yard dash with a 7.40. Then he showed very well with the bat putting together a strong BP and was all over the barrel during gameplay. Strong and loose LH stroke with good barrel accuracy and projectable power. Also jumped on the mound where he was effective with his upper 70s fastball and upper 60s slider.

2029 Top Prospects
Cody Adkins  OF - 2029 - Lake Stevens, WA

Adkins was one of the better athletes of this gateway group. Ran an event best 7.23 60-yd dash and showed strong actions in the OF, working through it well with intent to get it out quick while getting off accurate downhill throws. At the plate, showed looseness to the hands that throw the barrel with decent quickness for his level producing hard pull side liners.

Tucker Pelser  C - 2029 - Marysville, WA

Pelser was one of the better catchers of this group, flashed skill with the bat and put together a strong outing on the mound. Popped a 2.15 showing good catch/throw fundamentals and an accurate arm. Displayed a flatter stroke where he found some quality pull side barrels in-game. Then struck out five in two innings where he ran his fastball up to 74 and demonstrated feel to land a quality slider that has some spin upside.

Carter Middleton  RHP - 2029 - Langley, BC CAN

Middleton showed above avg. skills in many areas. Fundamental actions in the OF with a loose accurate arm. At the plate, it’s a balanced swing that works uphill to the baseball that produced quality pullside barrels during BP. On the mound is where he showed best, using a clean and balanced operation down the mound. FB worked into the low 70s and showed advanced feel for his CH that had strong tumbling action and produced whiffs.

Jonah Kinney  RHP - 2029 - Wilsonville, OR

Our staff really liked the swings Kinney got off last weekend. Quality BP and the swing showed up in-game with a couple barreled knocks. Simple and balanced stroke where the barrel fires short and direct with flashes of some strength. Also showed some skill on the mound. Ran it up to 74 with the fastball and mixed in a 10-4 shaped breaker that he flashed the ability to land.

Spencer Gage  2B - 2029 - Wilsonville, OR

Gage was a solid workout performer last Saturday. Strong defensive actions at SS, showing feet that play well to and through the baseball, clean glove actions and an accurate arm across the diamond that can operate from a lower slot. Also put together a good BP where he has quality barrel accuracy. More “down and through” type path with developing bat speed but still produced quality back spun liners into the LC gap.

Karev Knepper  RHP - 2029 - Estacada, OR

Knepper showed decent skills as a position player but stood out a bit on the mound. Real simple operation/delivery working with low-effort and repeatability. He ran his fastball up to 76 that exhibited some natural running action. Mixed in a slider with shorter tilting shape that he flashed an ability to land for strikes and showed some spin upside (~2100) for the velo.

Anthony Solis  OF - 2029 - Marysville, WA

Solis put together a solid overall workout and flashed some ability during gameplay. Ran a 7.78 60-yd dash and displayed quality defensive skill. At the plate, there’s some unorthodox moving parts but showed quality strength, bat speed and feel for the barrel. He also jumped on the mound and was effective. Showed a low 70s fastball and developing mid 60s breaker.

2030 Top Prospects
Liam Eldridge  RHP - 2030 - Wilsonville, OR

Eldridge was another player that showed very well at the plate and on the mound. Ultra physical frame for his age that shows strength that translated in the box. Balanced and compact stroke where the bat works level through with feel for the barrel. On the mound, it’s a drop/drive type athletic operation down the mound where he worked his fastball into the mid 70s that produced a ton of in-zone whiffs. Mixed in a developing mid 60s slider he showed feel to land.

Dantaie Franklin  OF - 2030 - Renton, WA

Franklin had a couple strong moments throughout the weekend. Ran a 7.48 60-yd dash. Showed flashes of his athleticism in the OF where it was solid actions/footwork to and through the baseball. Raw look to the swing but it's quality quickness to the hands and decent feel for the barrel which translated into gameplay with a couple of LD knocks, one to the pull side and another the opposite way.

Xaeden Cruz  RHP - 2030 - Auburn, WA

Cruz had his moments of showing impact at the plate and some decent arm strength on the mound. It’s a more lofted uphill stroke at the plate where he drove balls deep into the OF while maintaining balance and control throughout the swing. On the mound, it’s a fastball he runs up to 74 and flashed a breaker he got a few whiffs with.
