Vasquez has a frame with room to fill and as he does the velocity he has at his disposal should continue to climb. While he already tops out at 84 mph with a clean and efficient delivery with tempo and feel for a pair of secondaries.
A righthander from the state of New York made the trip south to Florida to showcase some of the best command and control of a fastball, curveball combination up to 83 mph. Winter dominated his outing missing barrels consistently and showing a clean and easy delivery while also having a projectable 6-foot-5 frame.
The top catcher of the weekend was switch-hitting Toral III who showed quick movements and in-game actions as well as accuracy on his throws even from his knees. Grading out best from the left side at the plate, the Florida native showed quickness to his hands and balance to his stroke.
Railin Reyes is an uncommitted prospect from the Dominican Republic whose skillset defensively stood out in a huge way in the infield. The offensive profile is still in the works with a righthanded stroke that produced well in game action.
Cumberbatch had the best 60 yard dash time of 6.75 seconds and outfield velocity of 87 mph at the event while also flashing jump off of the barrel. The Bahamian also has two-way upside with a fastball that tops out at 84 mph while tunneling his breaking ball well to accompany it.
