2029 Top Prospects
Alex Tonore
SS - 2029 - Monroe, LA
Showed off some solid tools throughout the showcase with some solid footwork in the field and running it up to 80 mph across. He also showed off solid speed in the 60, posting a 6.89. He also showed off some solid power with an 86 mph exit velocity.
Isaiah Alva
3B - 2029 - Kerrville, TX
A primary third baseman with solid actions in the field and was up to 74 across the infield with good carry to first. Alva also showcased a solid hit tool with obvious feel for the barrel and the ability to work the other way with strength.
Koa Kosuge
RHP - 2029 - Humble, TX
A primary pitcher, Kosuge had a good showing of stuff on the mound, running the fastball up to 78 with good command and was consistently missing bats. Kosuge also showcased well in his round of BP, staying through the middle of the field on a line consistently.
Brady Lee
SS - 2029 - Sugar Land, TX
A primary shortstop, Lee showcased well on the mound and in the field. On the mound, he ran the fastball up to 78 with slight arm side run. In the field, Lee showed off quick feet and good timing when working to the baseball. Lee also double in game, showing off some solid speed.
Hudson Vincent
1B - 2029 - Kingwood, TX
Has a solid, projectable frame at 6-foot-4 180-pounds and showcased well on the mound and at the plate. On the mound, Vincent ran the fastball up to 81 from a low 3/4 slot with good arm speed. At the plate, Vincent showed off some solid bat speed and strength to the pull side, and there is plenty of room for power projection.
2030 Top Prospects
Kasen Martinez
RHP - 2030 - Midland, TX
A primary pitcher, Martinez showcased well as he ran the fastball up to 75 with solid feel to the breaking ball with 11-5 shape at the bottom of the zone. Martinez also showed off some solid power at the dish, mainly to the pull side.
Cole McCrackin
1B - 2030 - The Woodlands, TX
A primary first baseman, McCrackin showed off some solid glove work during his round and first base, and also showed off the middle of the field approach in BP. McCrackin also was able to send a double deep to left in-game.
Everick Rawls
OF - 2030 - League City, TX
Showed off a controlled delivery with solid command on the mound. Ran the fastball up to 74 from the left with slight arm side run. Rawls also showed off solid bat speed and impact to the middle of the field.
Dylan Smith
OF - 2030 - Diana, TX
A utility guy, Smith showed off the ability to play just about anywhere in the field with solid arm strength and skill at infield, outfield, catching and on the mound. He also ran the fastball up to 78 with the lower slot inducing some arm side run.
Wei-Hsiang Tseng
1B - 2030 - Cypress, TX
Showed off a solid hit tool throughout the weekend with a more contact-based round of BP on Saturday, but launching a homer in game. Tseng works a simple swing with strength through the middle, and was consistently on the barrel throughout the showcase.
