Smith showed a ton of upside on the mound, running the fastball (2035 RPM) up to 85 and pairing it with a devastating two-plane breaking slider (2161 RPM) with late horizontal bite and a change-up (1450 RPM) that flashed fade and drop. In the box also adjusted the barrel well with some leverage created to the middle-of-the-field.
Akemon ran it up to 88 mph on throws from the outfield, keeping them low and online in the process. The ball comes out of his hand easy and with tons of life. He also ran a 6.85 sixty and posted an exit velocity of 81 mph.
Behrle showed the ability to get outs with the fastball (1871 RPM) that was up to 84 and a slider (1928 RPM) with two-plane break. Was able to consistently get weak contact and swing and miss with the mix.
Bennington ran the fastball (2102 RPM) up to 84 and showed two solid off-speed offering with a two-plane breaking curveball (1954 RPM) and a change-up (1400 RPM) that flashed good drop.
Buehner fired through with a quick barrel that produced consistent barrels to the pull-side and carried it over to making loud contact during live at-bats. The first baseman also showed soft hands defensively.
Squires used the fast hands to send line drives to all fields with authority. He also showed easy bat speed and leverage generated to produce an exit velocity of 85.
Maschinot showed off the athleticism and upside all event. In the box the right-handed hitter used a quick barrel to produce barrels to all fields. The catcher also used a short arm action and a fast shoulder to produce a 1.87 pop time.
Marksbury showed a good rhythm and tempo in the swing to pepper the ball to the right-center gap. The left-handed pitcher also showed a feel to spin the baseball, running the fastball (2038 RPM) up to 81 and mixed in a curveball (2014 RPM), a slider (2099 RPM), and a change-up (1458 RPM) that were all capable of getting swing and miss.
Mills impressed right out of the gate by running a 6.92 sixty and later recorded arm strength up to 85 mph on throws from the outfield. The righty hitter also turned in a consistent round of BP, showing off his strength to the middle of the field.
Witt showed the two-way upside, defensively gaining ground and using a quick mid-line transfer to post a 1.88 pop time. In the box, his right-handed swing was put together well, with athleticism and an ability to stay on the barrel.
Barnhart showed off the all-around game. The right-handed pitcher ran the fastball (2041 RPM) up to 88 and paired it with a curveball (1900 RPM) that had devastating 11-5 shape and a change-up (1805 RPM) that flashed drop and fade. In the box the righty showed quickness in the hands and hips that helped produce an event-best exit velo of 94.
