·       Any weather-related adjustments will be emailed and posted in the Event Attention (light blue box on event homepage)

·       Rosters will be posted on Wednesday afternoon. These ’teams’ are the best way for us to stay organized by age group throughout the day and will be combined (9/10s and 11/12s) for simulated games, which we will explain on Saturday morning. Please wear white or grey pants along with nuetral colored socks (IE: Black). Players will receive a Jersey/Hat along with other SFID Camp Specific Apparel.

9:15 AM All Teams- Athletic Testing

              *30 YD Dash

              * Broad Jump

              * 5-10-5 Shuttle

              * Base Running Testing

10:30 AM Defensive workouts

11:30 AM Batting Practice, Exit Velocity Testing & Grip Strength

1:00 PM Live At-Bats/Sim Game
