College Instructional Series games are played using "showcase-style" rules:
- After ball 4 or HBP, the balls will reset, the strikes will remain the same, and the pitcher is instructed to challenge the hitter with fastballs.
- Any given half-inning may be rolled after the 25th pitch. If mid-at-bat, the pitcher may finish the current batter.

If necessary, 15U & 16U divisions will merge for round-robin play.

If the schedule is affected by weather, on-field batting practice with college coaches will be moved to the batting cages.

THERE ARE NO PETS ALLOWED AT RICHMOND COUNTY YOUTH COMPLEX WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SERVICE DOGS ON LEASH WITH THE PROPER PAPERWORK READILY AVAILABLE

ALCOHOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT ALL STATEN ISLAND FIELDS. IF YOU ARE SEEN DRINKING YOU WILL BE ASKED POLITELY TO LEAVE THE COMPLEX
