Brenton Wood (2028 2B, Peoria, AZ) unloaded on a ball to deep right for a triple. Has a clean weight transfer with a smooth lefty swing and gets into his lower half well. Adjusts well in the box with feel for the barrel. 

Chasen Foster (2028 3B, Prosper, TX) ripped a ball to deep left for a double in game action. Fires off his backside and rotates hard at the top half of things producing plenty of bat speed to get it done. Has a short and level swing. 

Ethan Raesis (2028 2B, Montgomery, TX) smoked a ball to the LCF gap for a double. Caught it out in front and stayed on the ball well with some impact showing good feel for the barrel overall. 

Jackson Bates (2028 RHP, Pasadena, TX) had a nice day at the plate today collecting 2 hits. Good rhythm in the box with a level swing. Has a quick set of hands and bat speed that will play. 

Aidan Abeyta (2028, Albuquerque, New Mexico) got things started for Blue by legging out an infield single to drive in a run.

Braidyn Armstrong (2028, Argyle, Texas) got a good piece of an up and in fastball and was able to drive a double into the left field corner, scoring two.

Jonathan Owens (2027, Plano, Texas) showed some intriguing flashes in his outing. Went two strong innings, striking out three. Fastball sat in the upper 70s throughout. Long arm action that accelerated well going downhill. Very projectable.

Maximo Gutierrez (2028, San Antonio, Texas) drove in a run to start the scoring for Blue with a line shot into the right centerfield gap, showing some ability to the opposite field.

Jonathan Massey (2028, Bellaire, Texas) got Red in the hit column by staying back and driving a base hit through the left side.

Cristian Godina (2028, Beaumont, Texas) was super efficient in his three innings of work, punching out three. Worked with fantastic pace, finished his outing with 27 pitches, 77% of which were strikes.

Kenneth Brown (2028, Dallas, Texas) made a fine play in right field. Showed a quick arm with low trajectory to gun down a runner at the plate.

Jonathan Owens (2027, Plano, Texas) added to the scoring late with a base hit to left. Did a good job getting hands inside the ball to generate some juice to the pull side.

Caleb Busch (2028, Heath, Texas) was able to get the head out in front and curve a double down the left field line.

Steven "Trey" Creel (2028, Waxahachie, Texas) capped off the game for Blue with the hardest hit ball of the day, a towering fly ball down the left field line for extra bases. Battled through a long at bat and it paid off.

Easton Tuley finished the day 1-for-2 with a triple, a pair of RBI and a run scored for the Royal team. Has the ability to get inside the ball and drive it the other way with authority.

Hank Huff worked a solid two innings on the mound with three strikeouts without allowing a hit or run. Huff shows slight sinking action on a fastball that topped at 75-mph and he kept around the zone consistently.

Brayden Morales doubled down the left-field line in the bottom of the third inning and eventually scored to give the White team the lead. He showed the ability to produce solid contact to the pull side and the ability to keep it fair.

Hagen Ashby worked a pair of innings on the mound, effectively reaching both halves of the plate with a fastball that topped at 77-mph. He struck out two without allowing a hit. He also was 2-for-3 at the plate with a pair of singles.

Eli Durham was 2-for-2 at the plate with a pair of singles and a run scored and also worked three innings on the mound and punched out five batters without allowing a hit or run.

Maximo Gutierrez punished a ball in his final at-bat of the day to deep right-center field. He displays a level of strength in his swing that creates jump when in the barrel.

Steven "Trey" Creel worked three innings on the mound with a fastball that reached 82-mph. He struck out five hitters without allowing a hit while flashing signs of an above-average change up.

Jackson Bates worked three innings allowing a single run while pounding the strike zone at 60% strikes on the day. Bates competes in the strike zone and attacks hitters, while showing the ability to pitch around hits.

Easton Tuley showed the same bat-to-ball skills he displayed in the workouts going one-for-two with a lined single to left field in his first at-bat.
