2-Royal vs 1-Gold Game Highlights

Ty Mainolfi (2024 SS, Staten Island, NY) effortlessly glided around the bases with serious speed tool, putting the 6.99 sixty time on display immediately during his first AB. He showcased loose hands at the dish while controlling the barrel well with additional power projection on the way.

Josh Toole (2025 C, Mount Joy, PA) muscled a single the opposite way in his first plate appearance to pick up an RBI, flashing evident strength in the hands. He's been a defensive cornerstone behind the dish and provides value on both sides of the field. Continued to perform offensively throughout the day, finishing with a loud barrel to deep CF displaying effortless carry production.

John Eddis (2027 SS, Woodbury Heights, NJ) put a simple and repeatable stroke on display at the plate by roping a line drive single to RF, showing some inside out to the approach with compact hand speed through the zone.

Jake Arnow (2024 C, Edison, NJ) barreled up a double to deep LF early in the game, showing easy jump off the bat with solid strength in the hands. He utilizes the lower half effectively with present weight shift and hip torque.

Aidan Flanigan (2026 C, Cape May, NJ) produced good backspin to the opposite field gap for a double in his first opportunity, displaying a sound stroke with evident contact tool.

JJ Watkins (2027 OF, Mays Landing, NJ) consistently used the middle of the field for success on the offensive end, lining a single to CF in his 2nd AB with solid bat speed and barrel extension present.

Michael Psarros (2027 3B, Little Neck, NY) effectively got the barrel out in front to piece up a line drive single to LF in his second plate appearance, showcasing balance in the stroke with a repeatable bat path.

Jameson Bayliss (2025 RHP, Williamstown, MA) made a web gem catch in LF with a fully extended diving play to end the top of the 8th, showcasing natural athleticism regardless of where he is on the field with effortless range.

John Parpis (2025 RHP, Commack, NY) smoked multiple baseballs down the LF line on the day, showing off easy bat speed with a controlled stroke. He is an intriguing two-way prospect with evident athleticism present.

1-Gold v. 2-Royal Game Highlights

Grayson Rodgers (2025 LHP, Bradenton, FL) continued to show off his hit tool after taking a fairly loud BP round. He turned on a fastball, blistering it down the line for for an RBI triple. On the mound, he worked steadily in the 83-85 mph range w/ firm arm-side run to it. He landed a slurve shaped breaking ball for both strikes and swings-and-misses, while garnering tons of empty swings. He punched out seven and allowed just one hit along the way. 

John Parpis (2025 RHP, Commack, NY) was stellar across his two scoreless innings of work, as the compact right-hander pounded the zone at a 63 % clip and used all four quadrants of the zone effectively. He ran his fastball up to 83 mph in this look with carry through the zone. He showed feel for spin with the ability to manipulate both speed and shape to it. 

Tyler Kundera (2026 LHP, Bridgeton, NJ) showed plenty of intriguing components on the mound, as the sturdy left-hander has plenty of arm speed and creates a tough look from a lower three-quarters arm slot. He worked steadily in the 81-84 mph range, peaking at 86 mph with plenty of arm-side life to it. He landed a firm, two-plane breaking ball for strikes and added more lateral sweep when ahead in the count. He flashed some two-way abilities with a well-struck single, while showing present bat speed and some feel for the barrel. 

Tripp Beasley (2025 SS, Greenwich, CT) continued to impress with two loud barrels in this one, as the Villanova commit delivers the barrel on-time and with authority. He creates length through the hitting zone and has quickness to his hands. 

Drew Tenet (2025 RHP, Medford, NJ) offers an intriguing combination of projection coupled with stuff and promising spin metrics. The sturdy right-hander ran his fastball up to 85 mph during his three innings of work and ripped off a couple hammer curveballs with spin rates into the 2500 RPM range. 

Jayden Luftman (2026 OF, Upper Saddle River, NJ) collected two hits in this one, as the 2026 primary outfielder implores a simple, direct stroke with some present bat speed. He used the whole field effectively and recognized spin early. 

Luke Gallo (2025 SS, Shrewsbury, MA) continued to impress with his overall athleticism and hit tool, as the twitchy Boston College commit lined one to the right centerfield gap and motored around the bases for an inside the park homerun. He stays short and direct to the baseball, while displaying tons of present bat speed. 

Masai Marshall (2024 OF, New York, NY) continued to impress after recording the best sixty time of the event (6.86 seconds), as the twitchy Northwestern commit made an outstanding diving catch in right. He showed off the foot speed before leaving his feet to secure the well-struck liner deep down the line. 

Danny Scullion (2024 C, Medford Lakes, NJ) continued to show off his immense power potential, launching a mammoth solo homerun to deep left field. He incorporates his strong lower half exceptionally well to produce torque and leverage. 

JJ Watkins (2027 OF, Mays Landing, NJ) is young, intriguing two-way prospect who showed off his skills at the plate in this one. He lined a hard single back through the box in his first at-bat and followed it up with a booming triple to dead center.

Batting Practice Highlights

Masai Marshall (2024 OF, New York, NY) impressed with his intriguing blend of present bat speed and propensity to be on the barrel. He implores a simple, repeatable stroke with good feel for the barrel and the adjustability to use the whole field effectively. 

D.J. Ylagan (2026 3B, Fair Haven, NJ) produced several well-struck line drives throughout his round, showcasing the ability to drive the gaps and create leverage out in-front. He has feel for the barrel and plenty of present bat speed. 

Luke Gallo (2025 SS, Shrewsbury, MA) took perhaps the most consistent round of the day, scorching line drives through the middle-of-the field. He stays short and direct with his hands, while producing plenty of present bat speed and exceptional feel for the barrel. 

Jake Arnow (2024 C, Edison, NJ) used his physicality to impact the baseball with authority on several occasions during his round. It is an intent based swing with good lower half movements into launch and plenty of present bat speed. 

Danny Tsimbinos (2025 C, Rumson, NJ) showed off intriguing power potential, launching several balls to the deepest parts of the park including leaving the yard to left centerfield. He uses his strong lower half to leverage the baseball, while showing strength at impact. 

Yonadsan Vargas (2026 C, Riverdale, NJ) impressed with ability to be on the barrel often throughout his round. He implores a loose, leveraged stroke with length through the zone, strength at impact and plenty of present bat speed. Flashed promising pullside power potential that will continue to expand. 

Jason Brown (2025 SS, Marlton, NJ) stayed consistent throughout his round, as the 2025 shortstop produced numerous line drives from gap-to-gap. He stays fairly direct with his stroke, while exhibiting quickness to his hands. 

Danny Scullion (2024 C, Medford Lakes, NJ) showcased immense power potential, as the hulking 2024 backstop implores his strong lower half to create leverage and present bat speed. He uses the middle-of-the field well and showed plenty of quickness to turn the barrel over on the inner-half. 

JJ Watkins (2027 OF, Mays Landing, NJ) impressed with his consistency throughout his round, as the 2027 Grad implores a simple and repeatable stroke. He generates easy bat speed, has feel for the barrel and used the entire field well. 

Josh Toole (2025 C, Mount Joy, PA) showed off an intriguing blend of overall barrel skills coupled with gap-to-gap power potential. He creates tons of separation into launch, has strength in his hands and stays through the hitting zone with his barrel for a long time. 

Ty Mainolfi (2024 SS, Staten Island, NY) was another consistent performer during his round, as the athletic left-handed hitting 2024 Grad blistered several line drives. He employs a low-effort stroke with exceptional feel for the barrel, quickness to his hands and plenty of present bat speed.
