Joey Kafka (2025 RHP, Mundelein, IL) took a really consistent round, showing loose hands with strong wrists and a quick bat overall, spraying hard liners around the field and projecting well.
Adolfo Lopez (2025 1B, Niles, IL) is strongly-built and shows that strength in his swing, generating good loft to the pull-side and really driving the ball into the air. The swing should produce serious power as he continues developing.
Kosuke Sakamoto (2025 OF, Buffalo Grove, IL) handles the barrel well and shows innate ability to direct it around the zone, spraying hard line drive contact to all fields and showing the ability to turn on it hard pull-side.
Sean Cody (2025 SS, Oak Lawn, IL) has athleticism to his profile and twitch in his swing, repeating his stroke well and showing good whip to the barrel with the ability to direct it well, consistently hitting balls hard on the barrel with projection for more power.
Easton Newman (2026 SS, Deerfield, IL) had a very good day overall including BP, where he has quick hands born of a sudden launch, getting the barrel accelerating on plane in a hurry and doing a nice job of working to all fields with the projection for more power.
Chase Williamson (2026 1B, Highwood, IL) is very physical with present bat speed, showing the ability to sting balls up both gaps with a relatively simple and low-effort swing. The power upside here is enormous.
Matthew Yadgar (2024 OF, Park Ridge, IL) takes a big move into his swing with a big leg lift and shoulder dip, showing off the strength and power he has in his righthanded swing. He was consistently on the barrel with lift and carry.
Henry Murray (2025 OF, Chicago, IL) is a switch-hitter with tools from both sides but really stood out today on the strength of his lefthanded swing, which is fast and strong with serious power pull-side and the ability to really impact the ball.
