Myles Collins (2027 C, Opelousas, LA) is a young bat that really strung together a good round of batting practice. He has present strength to the frame and it really plays in his swing, turning the barrel over hard and hitting the ball with carry to both gaps.
Reid Raper (2027 RHP, Nettleton, MS) was one of the better rounds that we saw in the day. He has a loose swing with obvious feel at a young age and hit the ball hard to both sides. He was all over the barrel in this round.
Zane Keele (2027 SS, Dover, AR) put together a good round of batting practice early on in the day. He got the barrel extended with ease and had a lot of hard hit balls to the pull-side.
Kobe Thrower (2028 SS, Baton Rouge, LA) is another bat that put together a good round. He creates good extension in the hands and generates solid bat speed for such a young age.
Jaeden Hill (2026 SS, Tupelo, MS) is an extremely physical young bat that put on a show in batting practice. He has tons of strength off the barrel and generates some big carry to both gaps.
Braydin Jones (2027 SS, Medina, TN) showed a really good foundational swing to continue building onto in the coming years. The obvious feel for the barrel is impressive and as he continues to add strength, this swing is good to build onto.
Mitchell Wade (2028 3B, Baton Rouge, LA) showed an uphill swing path with good extension in the hands throughout his round. He has good strength already and it really showed with how the ball jumped off the barrel.
Gage Reeves (2027 LHP, Paducah, KY) showcased a flatter bat path through the zone which led to a lot of line drive contact to the middle of the field. He was all over the barrel and was really impressive for a young left-handed bat.
