Nolan Waters (2023, Los Olivos, CA) had a solid round, turning it over with some intent in the path. Worked the pull side with quick hands that get on plane. Clean weight shift and produces some strength to the front side. Hard liners to both gaps that stood out.
Tommy Farmer (2023, Santa Monica, CA) is an athletic product that translates to the box. Present bat speed with a sound, all-fields approach. Has some strength at impact and brings a lot to like with the frame long term. Quick bat and steady path with real hard liners. Opened eyes with his presence.
Diesel Toth (2025, Highland CA) showed some feel to the pull side in his round with several loud barrels to that side of the field. Can leverage the barrel at points and brings more projection in the frame. Physical presence with some untapped potential in the box.
Ayan Kaushal (2024, Rancho Cucamonga, CA) showed solid barrel control and the ability to use the entire field in his round. Easy hands match plane and work well through contact. Some jump off the barrel with more in store as he continues to fill out.
Gerard Bueno (2026, Norwalk, CA) was an advanced bat for the age. Real intent in the hands, loads into the backside and uses his lower half throughout. Sound approach in the box and stung a few hard liners to the gaps, showing some big impact when squared. A name to keep an eye on going forward.
Matthew Hall (2024, Las Cruces, NM) was another solid offensive product, showing a level plane with good intent in his round. Hands work well and doesn’t try to do too much. Gets hands into launch and work well through contact. Some lift in the path that really worked to the pull side.
Nolan Jannen (2024, Eastvale, CA) impressed during his round and showed a real presence in the box. Separates when squared, loud pull-side contact. Really works the pull and lets the barrel work through the zone. Strong hands at contact.
Ryan Ruch (2023, San Diego, CA) has an easy, leveled swing and worked the entire field. Quick hands match plane with good jump off the barrel. Has some feel at the plate with a solid plan of attack.
Max Adolph (2024, Valley Center, CA) stayed short and simple, and it paid dividends. Solid round, good intent in the hands. Direct path with good jump off the barrel. Physical tools showed out and worked it to all fields. Real solid round that stood out.
Carter Kelley (2024, Chandler, AZ) showed out at the plate during his round. Leverages the barrel to the pull side and gets extended. The hands work and really stay short to contact. Has good feel for the barrel and put toggery an impressive display.
