Lucas Zack is a 2023 LHP/1B with a 6-5 205 lb. frame from Redlands, CA who attends Arrowhead Christian Academy. Strong, athletic build with well-proportioned strength in the frame. Good amounts of definition. Ran a 7.02 in the 60-yard dash. Left-handed pitcher, mid three-quarter dlievery with present arm speed from a shorter arm action. Good extension on his front side as he attacks the zone. Fastball showed life and zip in low-to-mid-80s. Flashed a solid 1-7 breaking ball with late depth for strikes. Also mixed in a mid-70s changeup with subtle armside fade. Quick arm that really fills the zone. First baseman, athleticism and actions showed in game. Strong, accurate arm across the diamond. Left-handed hitter, big impact and strength. Found loud gaps in his round with big strength in the hands. Promising two-way potential. Excellent student.
