Austin Breedlove (2022 RHP, Ooltewah, TN) was on the hill and had a great outing over his three innings of work. Pounded the glove with a mid-80's heater. Also proved he could spin the slider and the changeup was very nasty that was his swing and miss pitch. Struck out five during the action.
Luke Hyche (2022 RHP, Leeds, AL) proved to have some two-way upside as he swung it well in the box and had a strong showing on the bump. Pounded the zone as he filled it up with a low-80's fastball while up to 84 mph. Also mixed in a sharp breaking ball. Went on to single to rightfield during the action as he showed off the hit tool.
Michael Bright (2023 SS, Lithia Springs, GA) showed some feel in the box as he doubled to center on a fly ball that was misplayed. Busted it out the box as he turned a base knock into two bags. Also made some smooth plays at short as he showed off the athleticism.
Ryan Wideman (2022 RHP, Marietta, GA) proved to very projectable on the hill. Tough arm slot as he the 6-foot-4 righty delivered with intent. Up to 89 mph and mixed in a hard slider as well. Downhill actions and has more velocity in the tank down the road.
Hayes Harrison (2023 LHP, Oxford, AL) utilized a super fluid arm stroke as he pounded the mitt with three pitches. Fastball was up to 80 mph and went to a nasty slider often. Doubled it up and kept hitters off-balance. Struck out seven in three innings of work without giving up a hit.
Barrett Eldridge (2022 1B, Atlanta, GA) showed off the hit tool as he smoked a single back up the middle. Strength in the hands present as he delivers the bat head on time. Bat plays in a big way.
Andrew Nixon (2022 LHP, Buford, GA) with some upside showing on the bump as the southpaw had a very strong showing on the bump. Quick arm and went right at guys as he was up to 85 mph. Also mixed in a very sharp slider that got some ugly swing and miss. Struck out four of the first five he faced.
Jason Walk (2023 OF, Acworth, GA) proved he had some tools to work with as he threw a runner out from the outfield and found the barrel in the box. Singled to the pull-side during the action. Came up firing on a deep fly ball as he nabbed a runner at third for the uncommon double play.
Braiden Moore (2023 1B, Westminster, SC) took some real good hacks during the action as he went after it with intent. Flew out deep to the pull-side and singled up the middle as well later in the action. Also jumped on the mound and closed out the game, further proving his abilities on the diamond.
Isaac Armstrong (2023 SS, Denver, NC) showed off the power as he drove a towering shot into the left-center gap for a ground rule double. Knocked in a run while doing so. Plenty of tools to work with from the East Carolina commit.
Hendrix Thomas (2023 RHP, Elizabethtown, KY) was athletic in the delivery as he pounded the glove while up to 84 mph. Held velocity for his entire outing. Mixed in a sharp slider and a running changeup that got swing and miss. Punched out three in three innings of work without giving up a hit.
Rives Reynolds (2023 OF, Flowood, MS) showed off the hit tool as he smoked one to the pull-side for an RBI single. Short and simple cut with intent to do damage.
