Lincoln Dalton (2026 RHP, Bettendorf, IA) was able to generate tons of swings and misses with all four of his pitches today. He lived in the zone with his heater that was up to 89 mph, striking hitters out on the top to of the zone. He features two breaking balls that move in different directions. His 12-6 curve has late breaking action and he throws his slider hard while still creating solid biting action. He keeps hitters on their front foot with a his changeup that he kills the spin on, creating nice depth and fade.
Bryce Schneider (2025 RHP, Cedar Park, TX) dominated on the mound today, powering his 87 mph fastball past hitters early in the zone. Once ahead, he primarily works a curveball with tons of downward action and slight horizontal movement down in the zone to generate swings and misses. He also mixed in a fading changeup to keep hitters off balance. He has full command of all three pitches and lived in the zone, leading to an efficient outing.
Bo Collingwood (2025 RHP, Leclaire, IA) does a nice job of coiling into his back hip allowing him to be explosive with his fastball that he worked up to 91 mph today. He showed the ability to move it to all quadrants of the zone. His main off speed pitch is an 11-5 power curveball that has sharp downward breaking action through the zone. He also flashed a change up that has solid late tailing action.
Maddox Strassburg (2025 C, Cedar Falls, IA) was on time and all over a center cut fastball today, launching it deep into center field for a triple. He does a nice job of staying simple at the plate and getting the barrel out in front of the plate. He drives through his legs well and is able to maximize his frame at the plate.
Drew Sullivan (2025 RHP, Dubuque, IA) has athletic actions on the mound, featuring an easily repeatable motion that allows him to be consistently in the zone with his pitches. He leans on a power fastball that was up to 91 mph throughout his outing. He is not afraid to pitch in to hitters and generated swings and misses.. His curveball has 11-5 shape with tons of downward break, making it tough to get a barrel on.
Jude Flint (2025 OF, Amsterdam, NY) has quick hands at the plate that he pairs with a powerful lower half. He put these to work today, launching a stand up double deep into the left-center field gap. He is able to keep his weight back and drive the ball to all parts of the field.
Jaythan Rivera (2025 MIF, Orlando, FL) is a twitchy athlete that uses that quickness in the field and at the plate well. Defensively, he covers tons of grounds and is able to make all of the plays. He had a clean round in the workouts and made several solid plays during the game. At the plate he was able to get the barrel out in front and make loud contact to the pull side, resulting in a stand up double.
