Event Information
This is the Inaugural Ways to Play West powered by MLB & Perfect Game.  The purpose of this collaboration is to have some of the best teams in the country use some different pace-of-play rules in a tournament setting.

The following are the rules developed by MLB and will be in effect during the weekend:
1. 9 Inning Games
2. Batters will start with a 1-1 Count
3. Stealing will be permitted
4. Batter MUST keep one foot in the box during his at-bat
5. NO around the horn between outs

PERFECT GAME HISTORY
The Perfect Game network began in 1993 with a vision from former scout and college coach Jerry Ford.
That vision was simple: "To give young players the best opportunity for success, to help scouts and recruiters
see and evaluate these players, and to promote the game of baseball at all levels".

Perfect Game has been hosting elite amateur events all over the country since 1997.
Talk about credibility and reputation.
