- 31 Teams

- 9 Pools of 3 and 1 Pool of 4 (Pool I)

- 11 Pool Winners will advance to Championship Bracket (Top 2 Teams in Pool I will be considered Pool Winners)

- Top 8 2nd Place Teams will advance to Silver Bracket (3rd Place in Pool I will be considered a 2nd place team)

- All remaining teams will receive a consolation game on Sunday, October 17th
