CHECK IN FOR GROUP 2 WILL START AT 1:00 PM ON THURSDAY THE 17TH. WORKOUT WILL END AT 4:00 PM

PLEASE WEAR WHITE PANTS, BLACK SOCKS, AND A BLACK BELT FOR THIS EVENT
