As we've reached the end of the high school season for 2023 in every state, except for Iowa, among our high school content is the release of what we believe to be the top team in every state that sanctions high school baseball. This list is compiled from our scouting staff around the country, both through our own looks and through conversations with individuals/coaches in the space. While the bulk of these listed are state champions in their respective classification, a couple are not but are seen as the top team based on the full resume of the 2023 season.
