Oregon and Oregon State wouldn't want the annual Civil War Rivalry to be different than it is this season, even if blood pressures might be a tick higher with so much on the line.

This is an intriguing series for a variety of reasons. For starters, both the Beavers and Ducks are in excellent shape for a national seed, with OSU having a bit more wiggle room at this point. But the situation remains good for UO, which as a worst-case scenario, would still host an NCAA Regional.

So, as the two Pacific Northwest powers take the field at P.K. Park in Eugene, Ore., this weekend, only two things seem to be on the line -- state supremacy, and of course, that Pac-12 regular season title, which OSU leads by one full game heading into the weekend.
