C Mike Zunino, junior, Florida
-- In addition to being an elite defensive catcher, Zunino had a special offensive campaign, hitting .322 with 28 doubles, 19 homers and 67 RBIs. He also had a 1.063 OPS.
1B Jayce Boyd, junior, Florida State
-- Boyd wasn't a big-time power hitter for the Seminoles, but was very consistent in all facets, hitting .375 with 21 doubles, four homers and 60 RBIs. He also had an excellent .453 OBP.
2B Alex Yarbrough, junior, Ole Miss
-- Yarbrough was a great overall player for the Rebels. Good defender, also hit .380 with 17 doubles, three triples, three homers and 43 RBIs. He also had a .437 OBP.
SS Alex Mejia, junior, Arizona
-- Mejia is a tremendous all-around player for the Wildcats. Excellent defender with great range, he also hit .360 with 12 doubles, six triples, three homers and 52 RBIs.
3B D.J. Peterson, sophomore, New Mexico
-- Coaches loved Peterson throughout the spring. He had a monstrous year for the Lobos, hitting .419 with 21 doubles, three triples, 17 homers and 78 RBIs. He also had a fantastic .490 OBP.
OF James Ramsey, senior, Florida State
-- In terms of player and leader, it doesn't get better than Ramsey. He had a huge season as a good defender, and hitter, batting .386 with 13 doubles, six triples, 13 homers and 58 RBIs. He also had a fabulous .521 OBP.
OF Travis Jankowski, junior, Stony Brook
-- Jankowski helped put Stony Brook on the map this season. In addition to being a great defender, he batted .414 with 18 doubles, 11 triples, five homers and 56 RBIs. He also had a .475 OBP.
OF Raph Rhymes, junior, Louisiana State
-- Rhymes didn't have a good postseason, but put together an incredible overall campaign. He batted .431 with 11 doubles, four homers and 53 RBIs. He also had a .489 OBP.
DH Richie Shaffer, junior, Clemson
-- Didn't hit for as high an average as some others, but still had a fantastic campaign as a feared hitter. He batted .336 with 21 doubles, two triples, 10 homers and 46 RBIs. He also had a .480 OBP.
UT Brian Johnson, junior, Florida
-- Johnson had another solid campaign for the Gators. He batted .307 with 13 doubles, six homers and 41 RBIs, while on the mound, he went 8-5 with a 3.90 ERA in 90 innings of work. He also struck out 73 and walked 18.
PITCHERS
SP Andrew Heaney, junior, Oklahoma State
-- The talented left-handed pitcher couldn't have been more dominant for the Cowboys this season. He went 8-2 with a 1.60 ERA in 118 1/3 innings. He also struck out 140 and walked 22, while teams hit him at a .180 clip.
SP Carlos Rodon, freshman, North Carolina State
-- What an amazing freshman campaign the left-hander had for the Wolfpack. Went 9-0 with a 1.57 ERA in 114 2/3 innings of work. He also struck out 135 and walked 41, while teams hit him at just a .176 clip.
SP Kevin Gausman, sophomore, Louisiana State
-- The Tigers had a true gem in Gausman. The talented right-hander went 12-2 with a 2.77 ERA in 123 2/3 innings of work. He also struck out 135 and walked 28, while teams hit him at a .229 clip, and he allowed just three homers.
SP Chris Stratton, junior, Mississippi State
-- Stratton couldn't have had a much better campaign for the Bulldogs. He went 11-2 with a 2.38 ERA in 109 2/3 innings. He also struck out 127 and walked 25, while teams hit him at a .211 clip.
RP Robert Benincasa, senior, Florida State
-- Benincasa took a significant step forward for the Seminoles this season. He made 32 appearances, recorded 16 saves and had a 1.32 ERA in 41 innings. He also struck out 58 and walked seven, while teams hit .163 against him.
RP Michael Morin, junior, North Carolina
-- The Tar Heels had a big-time reliever in Michael Morin. Morin made 38 appearances and had a 1.40 ERA in 58 innings of work. He struck out 55, walked 19, and limited teams to a .191 batting average. |

2B Joe Sever, junior, Pepperdine
-- An elite defensive second baseman, Sever also hit .366 with 16 doubles, six homers and 53 RBIs.
SS Austin Nola, senior, LSU
-- The top defensive shortstop in college baseball, Nola also hit .299 with 16 doubles, four homers and 43 RBIs.
3B Kris Bryant, sophomore, San Diego
-- An elite player for the Toreros, hitting .366 with 17 doubles, three triples, 14 homers and 57 RBIs.
OF Tyler Naquin, junior, Texas A&M
-- An elite defender, plus arm, Naquin also was solid at the plate, hitting .380 with 18 doubles, six triples, three homers, 49 RBIs.
OF Jeff Gelalich, junior, UCLA
-- Gelalich took a huge step forward this season, hitting .351 with 10 doubles, 11 homers and 48 RBIs.
OF Mitch Haniger, junior, Cal Poly
-- An outstanding all-around outfielder, batted .346 with 18 doubles, one triple, 13 homers and 64 RBIs for Mustangs.
DH Trenton Moses, junior, Southeast Missouri
-- Moses had a big-time offensive campaign, hitting .408 with 16 doubles, one triple, 19 homers and 61 RBIs.
UT Marco Gonzales, sophomore, Gonzaga
-- Gonzales had yet another good two-way campaign. Batted .329 and had a 1.55 ERA in 92 2/3 innings on the mound.
PITCHERS
SP Mark Appel, junior, Stanford
-- Appel had a solid campaign for the Cardinal, tallying a 10-2 record with a 2.56 ERA in 123 innings. 130 strikeouts, 30 walks.
SP Nick Petree, sophomore, Missouri State
-- It's hard to have a better season than Petree, who went 10-4 with a 1.01 ERA in 115 1/3 innings. Also struck out 114, walked 36.
SP Marcus Stroman, junior, Duke
-- Stroman was fantastic on the mound, tallying a 2.39 ERA in 98 innings. He also struck out 136 and walked 26.
SP Michael Wacha, junior, Texas A&M
-- Wacha is a power arm who had another good year with a 2.06 ERA in 113 1/3 innings. Also struck out 116, walked 20.
RP Jimmie Sherfy, sophomore, Oregon
-- Sherfy had an incredible season, making 36 appearances, recording 19 saves and tallying a 2.20 ERA in 61 1/3 innings.
RP Stefan Lopez, junior, Southeastern Louisiana
-- Lopez had an outstanding year for the Lions, making 28 appearances and tallying an 0.61 ERA in 29 1/3 innings.

3B Matt Reynolds, junior, Arkansas
-- Reynolds is an elite defender, and he hit .328 with seven homers and 43 RBIs.

-- It's hard to do better than Poma, who hit .430 with seven homers and 48 RBIs.
OF Robert Refsnyder, junior, Arizona

SP Kyle Zimmer, junior, San Francisco
-- Zimmer went 5-3 with a 2.85 ERA in 88 1/3 innings. Struck out 104, walked 17.
SP Adam Plutko, sophomore, UCLA
-- Plutko was great for Bruins, tallying a 2.48 ERA in 119 2/3 innings. Struck out 99, walked 47.
SP Josh Turley, junior, Baylor
-- Spinned the ball well, had a 1.96 ERA in 110 innings. Struck out 79, walked 21.
RP David Berg, freshman, UCLA
