PERFECT GAME CLOSES OUT 2025 WITH MAIN EVENT SHOWCASE 

AT JETBLUE PARK IN FT. MYERS, FLORIDA 

Nearly 1,000 players expected at largest showcase of the year 

that has produced over 1,000 MLB Draft picks 

Ft. Myers, Florida (Saturday, December 27, 2025) - Perfect Game, the world’s largest youth baseball and softball platform and scouting service, will host its 2025 Main Event Showcase from December 28–31 at JetBlue Park, the spring training home of the Boston Red Sox, in the Fort Myers area. 

The Main Event is the largest showcase Perfect Game holds annually, with nearly 1,000 players expected to attend over the three-day event. The influx of players, families, scouts and staff is anticipated to generate a strong economic impact for the greater Ft. Myers community during the holiday travel period. 

Throughout the event, players will participate in batting practice sessions, defensive drills and simulated games, giving them the opportunity to showcase their skills in a professional-caliber environment. Perfect Game’s entire national scouting staff will be on site while the organization’s social media and content teams will capture highlights and moments in real time for added exposure across Perfect Game’s digital platforms. 

Players who perform at the Main Event can earn invitations to Perfect Game’s national showcase events, including the prestigious Select Fests, which take place each August and feature many of the top amateur players in the country. 

The Main Event has a long track record of identifying elite talent. To date, the showcase has produced over 1,000 MLB Draft selections, with 167 alumni advancing to the Major Leagues. Notable former participants include Kyle Schwarber, Andrew McCutchen, and Anthony Rizzo, as well as emerging stars from the Boston Red Sox, Roman Anthony and Kristian Campbell. 

New for 2025, Main Event will host an ID Camp for approximately 150 players in the 9-12-year-old age group, marking the first time in the event’s history that younger athletes will be compete for an opportunity to take part in a Select Fest. The addition reflects Perfect Game’s continued commitment to identifying and developing talent at every stage of the amateur baseball pipeline. 

The 2025 Perfect Game Main Event further solidifies Ft. Myers’ reputation as a premier destination for elite amateur baseball while reinforcing Perfect Game’s role as the industry leader in player identification, evaluation and exposure.
