PERFECT GAME ACQUIRES PASTIME TOURNAMENTS AND  

MID-AMERICA BASEBALL, EXPANDING MIDWEST FOOTPRINT 

Sanford, Florida (Monday, October 20, 2025) - Perfect Game, the world’s largest youth baseball and softball platform and scouting service, today announced the acquisition of Pastime Tournaments and Mid-America Baseball, two of the most respected names in amateur baseball. As part of the acquisition, Pastime founder Tom Davidson will join Perfect Game as Midwest Regional Director, helping lead and expand the company’s rapidly growing presence across the region. 

Founded in 2006 and based in Indiana, Pastime Tournaments quickly became one of the nation’s premier providers of high-level youth and high school baseball events. By 2014, Pastime was hosting nearly 2,500 teams and more than 100 tournaments annually, running events coast to coast – from California to Massachusetts – with the majority concentrated throughout the Midwest. 

A defining feature of Pastime’s events has been its extensive use of college stadiums and facilities, giving players the rare opportunity to compete on collegiate fields and experience what it’s like to play at the next level. That focus on providing meaningful, memorable, and high-exposure experiences helped Pastime build one of the most trusted reputations in amateur baseball. 

In 2017, Pastime acquired Mid-America Baseball, further strengthening its presence across the Great Plains and Midwest with events at iconic collegiate venues such as the University of Kansas, Kansas State University and Wichita State University, among others.
