13U Mid Atlantic Fall World Series

Cody Smith (2028, Middletown, MD) took home MVP honors after a stellar performance on both sides of the ball. He hit .500 (6 for 12) during his Canes Mid-Atlantic eventual championship run, while delivering countless big hits in the clutch and sealed the deal with four innings of two-hit ball to start off their championship tilt with a pesky Ghost 845 National squad. He punched out eight along the way, limited a tough lineup to just one unearned run and navigated through some slight command issues to provide a strong outing for his squad. At the plate, he creates tons of leverage with his long levers, delivers the barrel with some authority and has a real good feel for the barrel.
