368 teams are set to travel to the East Cobb Baseball Complex in Marietta, Georgia, for the 21st annual WWBA 15U National Championship.

Teams are scheduled to play five pool games spanning over the course of five days, June 24-June 28. From there, the top team from each of the 60 pools, with the exception of the top two teams from pool III, will advance to the round of 96 alongside 34 wildcards.

Some teams to look out for this week can include the reigning WWBA National Champions, the Canes National 15U team. Last July, the Canes were able to walk away with a 8-0 run-rule win against the Artillery Baseball 2025 Scout Team. Zion Theophilus was able to throw a six inning shutout game, striking out eight of Artilery’s batters, walking zero. Theophilus flashed an 89 mph fastball alongside an 80 mph slider proving to be a force on the mound.

The USA Prime National 15U is another dominant team to keep an eye on this week. With top-ranked players like Rouselle "Rookie" Shepard, Kruz Schoolcraft, and Deion Cole, the experienced players on this team are going to be a force on the field.

Shepard, already committed to play at the University of Miami, is the No.1-ranked player in the class of 2026. The middle infielder continuously attacks at the plate, posting batting averages of .450 for the 2022 season and .531 for the 2021 season.

Schoolcraft, a 6-7 200 pound left-handed pitcher, is the No.2-ranked pitcher in his class and has an impressive four pitch mix, topping out his fastball at 90 mph. Although uncommitted, Schoolcraft is without a doubt on scouts radars.

In his last Perfect Game pitching appearance, Schoolcraft pitched for three innings, striking out eight of BPA’s batters, securing him a spot on the All Tournament team.

Cole, another top player from the class of 2026 is not new to Perfect Game’s highly scouted events. In 2021 Cole was invited alongside a handful of other top players from his class to the 13U Select Festival and was invited again to the 14U Select Festival in 2022.

So far, Cole has been batting .488 on the season and can be found playing this summer for the SmartTense organization and the USA Prime this weekend.

With some of the top teams and players in Marietta, Georgia this weekend, this highly scouted event will be one you won't want to miss. The semi finals and championship games are scheduled to take place on July 1 at 10:20 a.m. and at 12:40 p.m. respectively.
