Olin Johnson (2023, Bellingham, Wash.) showcased a good feel for both of his pitches. The big 6-foot-5 right-hander was sitting 87-89 mph with his fastball that had good life to it, was able to command this pitch well and get ahead early. Johnson used his low-70s slider effectively when he was up in counts, the pitch has good sweeping action to it with late break. He also featured a changeup in the mid-70s that had good depth and played well off of his fastball. Ended the day going 3 innings pitched, with 6 strikeouts and just 1 walk. University of North Carolina commit.
