Erick Torres (2025, Coral Springs, Fla.) is a strong-cored right-handed hitter that is having a big weekend, already collecting eight hits and four doubles. He continues to take long at-bats and display the ability to hit balls in both gaps with authority. He invites the hard stuff early but can also shorten up with two strikes with toughness. He also jumped on the mound and missed plenty of bats in a short outing.

Nicolas Partridge (2025, Lakeland, Fla.) had a fantastic Saturday, banging out eight hits, including three triples and a double. He is hitting .615 heading into bracket play with six RBI. The left-handed stroke is super whippy and he can adjust to guide the barrel to a contact point and still get through with intent. To round out an overall game, he has low-80s velocity with solid control. Partridge can just beat you in a lot of ways.
