Underclass Coastal Fall WS Scout Notes

The MPH101 organization always has a very talented roster and this weekend was no different with Gabello, Peebles, Schloss, and Hustead. These young men were balling all weekend: off the mound, behind the plate, and in the batter’s box. Fun to watch!

Dylan Schloss (Beaverdam, VA 2022) is 6-foot-1, 200 pounds and was very impressive on the mound today. The uncommitted right handed pitcher came in to pitch in the fifth inning and was unhittable. He went right after the hitters with good fastball command topping 89 mph and sitting 86 mph while mixing in a tight slider, which kept the hitters off balance. Going one inning, Schloss gave up no hits and struck out two on only eleven pitches.
