Stix 2022 Black and Hunter Pence Baseball Academy-Cunningham teed it up in a highly entertaining early morning tilt at Baseball USA, that Stix hung on to win, 4-3. One of the Stix regulars, infielder/catcher, Clark Springs (2022, Southlake, TX) playing in a reserve role today, came off the bench and drove in the winning run with a clutch single up the middle in the bottom of the 6th, breaking a 3-3 tie. Springs is a well-built athlete at 5-11 and 180 pounds. The righthanded hitting rising junior at traditional state power Carroll HS, shows strength in his hands and a quick, compact swing path.
