Top Historical Perfect Game Moments
• 2011 WWWBA 16u Champions
• 2012, 2016, 2017, PG WS Champions
• 2017 Underclass World Champions
• 2017 Sophomore World Champions

2011 WWBA Championship because it was our first major championship and Zack Collins put on a performance that I have not seen anyone match to date. He was our only catcher for the final day (4 games and was unconscious at the plate).

Program History
Elite Squad was founded in 2006 with 15 freshman from the South Florida area who just wanted to play and develop and because of their success, Elite Squad grew and in 2009 it became an organization with multiple teams.

Historical Scouting Highlight
“During a twelve day period in October of 2017, Elite Squad had one of the more impressive runs in recent Perfect Game history on their way to winning two National Championships. The first was the WWBA Underclass National Championship when Elite Squad out scored their opponents 44-10 on their way to winning the ring. The roster boasted 21 total college commitments, including 19 Division 1 signees. Taylor Clapp, Benjamin Rozenblum, and Ryan Cabarcas all started off their college careers nicely this spring before the shutdown. Cabarcas threw a no-hitter during the championship run in the Round of 32 against a top-10 national powerhouse. Leon Paulino, who had a huge event hitting .455, ended up signing with the Boston Red Sox. The next week Elite Squad was at it again as they won the WWBA Sophomore National Championship. The team was led by potential 2020 draft picks Enrique Bradfield, Jordan Carrion, Timmy Manning, and Perfect Game All-American Alejandro Rosario. The “Squad” swung the stick with fury from start to finish as they averaged just shy of nine runs per game. Gavin Casas, Nate Thomas, Carrion, Manning, and Rosario were members of both championship squads. It was a sign of things to come as the 2019 and 2020 classes have done nothing but make deep runs at nearly every national level tournament they competed in. Those twelve days though will be remembered for a long time. The two rings that sparkle bright are the best type of reminders!” -Jered Goodwin

What are we looking forward to scouting during the summer of 2020?
“The 17u group has twelve players ranked in the top-200 prospects nationally, including Andrew Painter who is the top ranked player in the state. Painter's fastball is already peaking in the mid-90s and his body projects big. He has big game experience and will be an enormous draw when he pitches. Irving Carter, Devin Futrell, Karson Ligon and Renzo Gonzalez will also play huge roles when Elite Squad competes to make a run at a national title. Alex Ulloa, Bryan Loriga, and Marcus Franco make up a potent middle lineup. Lucas Torres, Giovanny Cueto, Jorge De Goti and Dorian Gonzalez all have long track records for producing in big spots. There are also intriguing arms that could make huge jumps.  Matthew Burns, Nick Anello, and Carsten Finnvold will be interesting as they continue to develop. The 16u group is led by Raymond Bermudez, Blake Cyr and Derek Bermudez. If those three get hot they have the potential to produce crooked numbers in a hurry. Bryant Zayas has a big ceiling and will be playing up as a 2023. Logan Forsythe has big time arm speed and started to show big progress this fall. Nothing has changed, Elite Squad remains one of the biggest draws on the circuit for scouts and recruiters.”  -Jered Goodwin
