Ever since Mervyl Melendez and his staff took over at Florida International, it’s been clear the emphasis they’ve put on recruiting top-notch classes as they are consistently within PG’s top 10, landing at No. 8 for the 2019-20 school year. Of course those classes don’t mean much if the players don’t arrive on campus, and while they do lose some top flight talent like every other school, the majority of their classes have begun to arrive on campus and should help make them a contender in Conference USA for years to come.
