Tokheim at 6-foot-2 170-pounds still has plenty of room to continue adding strength to his frame. His upside on the mound is quite intriguing as the fastball is already up to 80 mph and will only continue to climb as he matures. Pairing the fastball with a slider in the low 70's will give hitters fits.
