Ryan Perez (2023 OF, Greenwich, CT) put his strong 5’10” 205 lb frame on display during his round, pounding the pull side of the field with loud contact. The OF prospect used a dangerous launch angle and lots of lower half rotation to drive the ball with intent to right field, consistently pulling the hands inside and getting the barrel out in front.
Louis Inserra (2024, C, Coplay, PA) put on one of the more consistent displays during his round, constantly peppering the left center field gap with clear backspin and carry present. Inserra works from a still projectable 6’1” 170 lb frame, successfully seeing the ball deep with balanced weight shift from the lower half.
Luke Varrichio (2024 1B, Lincroft, NJ) was another name who used the pull side of the field to his advantage, getting the barrel out in front from a compact swing path. Varrichio put a balanced level stroke on display with some explosion from the lower half. Power potential will continue to advance for the 6’0” 165 lb righty.
Raymond Ferguson (2024 C, Dix Hills, NY) showed immediate pop to his round, as the 5’9” 180 lb righty put a clean opposite field approach on display. Ferguson showcased advanced barrel control with carry and backspin present on the baseball, flashing bat speed and increasingly dangerous power potential as the ’24 prospect matures.
Spencer Freer (2024 C, Gardiner, NY) sprayed line-drives throughout the field, showcasing a whole field approach. A quiet, compact stroke, Freer showed some advanced barrel control throughout his round, consistently spraying line-drives to all fields.
Carter Klein (2023 OF, Chester, NJ) had one of the more louder rounds during BP. Peppering the middle-of-the-field with backspun line-drives, the strongly build right-hander present lightning quick hands, getting his foot down on time with his leg lift trigger.
Harrison Maull (2026 SS, Garnet Valley, PA) showed off his advanced feel for the barrel, scorching some line-drives through the middle of the field throughout his round. With flashes of power to the pull side the young ’26 grad has tons of room to grow and should continue to add more juice as he develops.
Alex Stanyek (2023 OF, Holmdel, NJ) put together one of the more impressive rounds during BP. The George Washington commit’s power was on full displayed with easy juice to the pull side. With tons of present hand speed, Stanyek was able to generate barrel whip as he produced well-struck line-drives throughout his round.
Connor Tongring (2025 C, West Allenhurst, NJ) worked well to the middle-of-the-field with an advanced approach and present strength throughout his frame. Engaging his lower half well, the West Allenhurst, NJ-native created tons of torque as he flashed gap-to-gap power potential.
Reid Walter (2024 RHP, Cold Spring Harbor, NY) sent some well-struck balls into the left-center gap, flashing present gap-to-gap juice. With quick hands and loads of natural strength, Walter was able to lift the ball to the outfield. With hard contact that echoed throughout the facility, there is still room throughout the 6’3/180lb Walter to add more strength and increase his power numbers.
