Josiah Bargas  SS - 2024 - Spring, TX

Bargas got to show off his defensive actions in game with quick feet on the pivot to start a double play and also made a diving play in the hole at shortstop. He's a right-handed hitter who showed quickness to his hands and repeated his swing well throughout.


2025 Top Prospects

Masa Chilcutt  C - 2025 - San Antonio, TX
Texas

Chilcutt stood out for his refined defensive actions behind the plate, showing flexibility and solid catch and throw skills as evidenced by his 75 mph throw and 1.98 pop time. He also ran a 7.07 in the 60 and showed loose hands at the plate, finding the barrel with some jump off of the barrel.

Kayson Cunningham  SS - 2025 - San Antonio, TX
Texas Tech

Cunningham continued to show well on both sides of the ball, finding himself on several leaderboards. He ran a 7.03 and showed fluid and aggressive defensive actions up the middle with quick feet. His left-handed swing is both quick and loose as he connected for line drive contact all over the field.

Omar Serna  C - 2025 - Houston, TX
Louisiana State

Serna showed off his arm strength all over the diamond during drills, but then jumped on the mound and really opened eyes with a fastball up to 85 mph and a fast arm which helped pump the strike zone. He uses his size well to generate jump off of the barrel too, showing loose hands and some whip to the barrel.

Ty Hawkins  OF - 2025 - San Antonio, TX

Hawkins turned in one of the best 60-yard times at 6.98 and showed off some strength in his hands during his round of BP. In live action he continued to swing it well, picking up some base hits with a quick swing while generating leverage to his path.

Presley Courville  C - 2025 - Lake Charles, LA
Texas A&M

Courville made the trip out from Louisiana and the athletic backstop showed well with his defensive actions, turning in the top pop time of the weekend at 1.95 while also running a 7.09 in the 60-yard. He showed flashes in the box with quickness to his hands, working on a linear plane and picking up a couple of solid barreled hits in live action, including a double to the pull side.

Shelton Harville Jr  RHP - 2025 - Keithville, LA
Louisiana Tech

Harville Jr began his showcase by showing off his arm strength both from the outfield and the infield before taking the mound. The right-hander was up to 81 mph with a short, quick arm and mixed in a hard cutter into the upper-70s which proved to be a solid go-to secondary offering.

James “Will” McKinzie  SS - 2025 - New Waverly, TX

McKenzie showed off his versatility this weekend, working out all over the field with nice athleticism and solid results. He projects well physically and already shows quickness to his hands, working on a linear path with line drive contact working to the middle and pull parts of the field.

Antonio D'Amore  OF - 2025 - Melissa, TX

D'Amore showed off his two-way potential while in Tomball, showing well both with the bat as well as on the mound. His swing is quick and he shows a nice feel for the barrel while also running his fastball up to 80 mph from the left side with sinking life as part of a three-pitch mix.

Idrogo turned in the top 60-yard time of the weekend, showing his athleticism with a 6.91 time. He showed off some arm strength in the outfield, keeping his throws low while working up to 80 mph and also showed some quickness to his hands with extension out front.

Cayden Rhodes  RHP - 2025 - Longview, TX

Rhodes is a right-hander to keep an eye on as he continues to add strength to his long frame. He maintained his velocity and touched 80 mph in his final inning of work, showing consistent life on each of the three pitches he threw.

Dylan Belyea  RHP - 2025 - Frisco, TX

Belyea displayed excellent command of a two pitch rotation while earning seven punch outs in three innings on the mound. Ran the fastball up to 77 mph that flashed good sinking life with a confident 11/5 shaped breaking ball that consistently missed barrels.
