Ryland Caringer is a 2027 SS/RHP, C, 3B, OF with a 5-8 115 lb. frame from Issaquah, WA who attends Skyline. Slender lanky build. Ran the 60-yard dash in 8.07 seconds. Primary infielder, showed the ability to make the routine plays, moved well laterally. Worked through the ball with decent hands, displayed slow actions through the transfer. Still developing arm strength, was clocked up to 56 mph on throws across the diamond. Also worked out behind the dish, clocked a 2.59 pop time down to second base. Has a narrow side saddle set up, a little stiff in the lower half throughout the transfer, still developing the accuracy. At the plate hits from a narrow open stance with a leg kick. The barrel gets in and out of the zone quick displaying a flat linear path. The strength will continue to develop as he gets older. Excellent student.
