Elijah Hansen is a 2023 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Friendswood, TX who attends Friendswood. Elijah has a thin frame on the mound but shows good feel for the art of pitching. He uses a full three pitch mix with a fastball with arm side run, a curveball that is 12/6 break with some late bite and a changeup that is straight but with very good speed gap of the heater. At the plate, Elijah has a short simple swing with a small foot-to-foot trigger. His bat through the zone is a bit slow and has a lifted path causing inconsistent contact. Elijah is a good student in the classroom.
