Alberto Hattias is a 2021 OF/LHP with a 6-2 181 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Leto. Hattias has a long athletic look with a high waist and definitely looks the part. He has a solid glove in the outfield with long strides through the ball. Full arm circle and gets on top which helps the ball carry to the bases. Accurate one-hops during drills. The right-handed hitter starts balanced in his stance and uses a weight shift back and toe tap to get to launch. He is in attack mode when in the box with solid bat speed and some whip to the barrel. Looks to get extended and drive the ball to the pull side. He also has some ability on the mound with long arms and good extension on release. His full arm circle is clean and his fastball has some run to it. Mostly used his fastball but flashed a developing curveball in the low-70s with 11/5 shape. His body and athleticism should lead to a jump.
